Back to the Future
Now at Leo.
Gitman Bros. is an American heritage brand founded in 1948. Located in Pennsylvania, Gitman is one of the last remaining fine shirt makers in the USA. With the Gitman Vintage label they have reintroduced their favorite fabrics and design details from the past. In fact for SS10, they have referenced their own 1984 collection, with button down collars, box pleats and colorful plaids.
Effortless Dressing
Since 1997, Velour has created their signature "feelgood preppy" style, by reinventing classic cuts in fresh fabrics and colours. For the men this spring/summer, we focused on their oxfords, checks, chinos and denim shorts. Also we are introducing the women's collection, with effortless dresses in washed cotton and chambray. With Earth Day on it's way, we thought we would profile Preloved. This Canadian success story has been doing "eco" before "eco" was in. Each of it's one of a kind pieces are created entirely of reclaimed clothing and made in Toronto. Those Italian boys at SUPER are at it again
After re-living the excesses of th 80's they have decided to "embrace essentialism and minimalism" (their words not mine).
They have introduced the W, inspired by late 70's Italian design; it is the new "classic shape of the future".
Also new, the Andrea is a fresh take on their flat top with the bottom acetate cut away.
Other news is their "Summer Safari" acetates which take the tortoise colors up a level.

The Struggle Between Good and Evil
Wings & Horns has just arrived!
This very exclusive Canadian made label was founded in 2004 by Craig Atkinson. Named for the struggle between good and evil, Wings & Horns is all about the juxtaposing of tradition with modern techniques. One example is their very modern SS10 Trench Coat which utilizes Ventile cotton, which is a traditional fabric first developed in the 1930's, and known as the first truly all weather fabric.

Here at leo the spring/summer collections are coming and they are going to be the must have for those sunny days and wild fun nights. Complexgeometries is one brand we are supper excited to be coming in, They are known for there amazing draping techniques as well as taking one basic solid shade or color and making a interesting piece of clothing out of it. Not only are there pieces interesting but they are so easy to wear, they are moveable and breezy. The spring/summer 2010 collection is to die for so when we get the selected pieces of the collection, we recommend coming down and getting your hands on some. And the amazing thing about Complexgeometries pieces is that it will be a piece that you will wear though out the seasons.

Tailer love
J.Lindeberg has some of the best fitted clothing, It was shocking to me to realize that the men's clothing wasn't women's only because its so hard to find a well fitted piece of clothing that you don't actually have to go and have altered for you!
J.Lindeberg style is classic but at the same time has a relaxed look, they make there looks modern but at the same time it reaches out to all types of people no matter what the item is your looking for. Also i love the fact that all there clothing is hand done and nothing is used with laser cutting! so its as if it was made with love and made for you.
Im obsessed with the tailer made suit jackets they fit so nice and make the body look flawless!

Different cuts, draping material, and great construction.
those are just somethings to rave about when it comes to kay lee Tankus.
Kay lee has four brands and has been working for them for 12 years. She is also one of the most sucessfull fashion designers that have come out of korea. which makes sense because her clothes are so amazing, i mean when you see her stuff you know it's her's. When it comes to how she goes about doing her collections she looks at what is void in the fashion market more then forcing a look on the market.
This season i am loving this collection of draping but still wearable anywhere, I also am obsessed with things that are long and alot of the collection is long past that waist type things (depending on your hight)
My love list: the blazers, the oversized jackets with the huge collars, the color is all very muted lots of black grey and white. Its almost feel's like this collection was made for me!
